Adam Toupalic (CZE) just realised he made a catastrophic mistake by thinking (and celebrating) he was the new U23 World Champion crossing the finish line, only to be speeded past by other riders who correctly sprinted on for the actual last lap... now Toupalic has to restart his engine and get going again.
