As the car with the race director got stuck in a corn field earlier and police considers the conditions too dangerous (for themselves, as their motor bikes aren't properly equipped for this race...), they themselves block the road ahead of the riders to stop the race (for a 2nd time). Only after the race director got back to the peloton and after about 15/20 minutes of debating (and eliminating the cornfield section) the race was allowed to continue neutralised for a big chunk of the way.
