At the start in Leuven, Team Vérandas Willems-Crelan line up to honour their teammate Michael Goolaerts (BEL), who died of a cardiac arrest just days earlier during Paris-Roubaix.
All teammates ride with an armband with Goolaerts' name on it.
For the rest of the season , the team will be riding #ALL4GOOLIE to honour and remember him.
