Lewis Askey (GBR/Groupama - FDJ) sitting fazed in the grass of the famous Roubaix Velodrome post-race looking at his mangled knee.
Askey rode 155km over most of the cobbled sectors with a wound that normally requires an immediate hospitalisation. But not so in Paris-Roubaix apparently. He finished in 42nd place ...and was only then taken to hospital. 119th Paris-Roubaix 2022 (1.UWT) One day race from Compiègne to Roubaix (FRA/257km) ©kramon
